this place is just okay, if you enjoy noise from the corridors and unpleasant rooms with cracked tiles. absolutely absurd that I wasn’t given the room upgrade I expected, especially since it was my special weekend. the breakfast was decent, but honestly, it’s hard to appreciate it when you've spent so much on a stay.

The friendly staff really made our stay enjoyable, helping us with bus schedules to explore St Peter Port and its lovely grounds. We had delicious breakfasts and found the accommodations comfortable for my elderly parents as well.
My kids wished for a larger pool area.

Our meals in the restaurant were delightful, and the staff provided a wonderful atmosphere during breakfast.
The bathroom in our room was dated and could use serious maintenance. there was a noisy kitchen extractor fan outside that disrupted our peace.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff were truly AMAZING! ! They were so friendly, always ready to help when I needed anything, even going out of their way to provide information and print my boarding passes, which really made my stay smooth. The breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning, especially the fresh walnut bread and meaty, spicy sausage that just hit the spot!
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, the quality justified the expense.

Fantastic stay and great vibes!
Loved my time here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to St Peter Port. Breakfast had tons of options and was super tasty. The staff were really friendly, especially the barman who made amazing mocktails for me. The only issue was the spa getting crowded with families sometimes.

The hotel boasts beautifully decorated rooms with large windows overlooking the well-maintained garden. Its proximity to the town and excellent bus service made it a breeze to explore the area.
The spa facilities were a bit crowded during peak times.

The indoor heated pool was a delightful addition, providing a great way to unwind. Dining options were impressive, with well-prepared meals and a thoughtful breakfast buffet that included freshly made toast. the room felt a bit basic for the price, with outdated furnishings and a step leading to the balcony that could pose accessibility issues. While the restaurant staff were attentive, the wait times for food could be improved.

Our family trip for a 7-night stay was unforgettable, especially due to the fantastic paddling pool attached to the main pool, which was perfect for our kids. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh options and hot meals from the menu that catered to everyone’s taste. We really appreciated the kindness of the staff, particularly the helpful receptionist who provided us with useful information about local attractions, such as the nearby Candie Gardens, making it easy to plan our outings. a great stay that we would definitely repeat.

It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting moment in Saint Peter Port with very good value for money. The Sunday lunch was decent, but just be ready for possibly long waits. Avoid dining during busy times for a smoother experience.
